Whistleblowing:

To ensure our compliance and to fulfill the obligations under the Whistleblower Protection Act to set up an internal reporting office, we, have assigned the tasks of the internal reporting office to DB Cargo Compliance.

Here you can report a concrete suspicion of a serious violation of laws and DB rules.

To be able to process offences as quickly and comprehensively as possible, it is important that your report contains as much specific information as possible. It is helpful if you consider the 5 W’s: Who? What? When? How? Where?

The DB Code of Conduct for Business Partners clearly formulates the expectations of DB: suppliers and business partners agree to comply with the requirements of the Code. For DB this represents a significant contribution for sustainable conduct in the supply chain. 

Our Code of Conduct for Business Partners is based - among others - on the principles of the UN Global Compact and the same principles we have set in DB’s Corporate Principles Ethics - Code of Conduct for our managers and employees. It is addressed to all companies and individuals worldwide from whom we purchase goods or services.
